At Napapijri, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your outdoor gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to qualify for processing.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the parcel to ensure fast identification.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery stamps.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
